PACCAR ESA 2024 (Electronic Service Analyst) is the official diagnostic and programming software used for PACCAR MX-Series engines and vehicle electronic systems in Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. The software provides access to engine, aftertreatment, chassis, and vehicle control modules for tasks such as fault-code reading, live data monitoring, parameter adjustments, system tests, and ECU programming when authorized credentials are available. ESA supports PACCAR MX-11 and MX-13 engines, powertrain controllers, body controllers, and multiplexed electrical architecture used in current production chassis. The software includes built-in service information, calibration loading support, data logging, actuator command functions, and diagnostic assistance for emissions-related systems including DPF, SCR and EGR components. PACCAR ESA is used in OEM dealer service environments and fleet maintenance operations that service late-model PACCAR-powered trucks.
